For Water Users:

• Form and activate Branch Canal Water User Associations
• Study sustainable local financing for canal and drain maintenance
• Implement water productivity and efficiency improvements
• Implement treated wastewater reuse
 

For Water Suppliers:

• Form and develop Regional Water Management Organizations and Integrated Water Management Districts
• Establish Information Management Systems to sustain efficient water resources management
• Build Capacity of MWRI personnel
 

Cross-Cutting:


• Create public awareness materials and outreach opportunities
• Procure equipment and provide training
• Monitor and evaluate progress to guide implementation and analyze results
• Ensure women s active participation
